Knot So Good

Clan members are very skilled at making tools, weapons and clothing. It's time to show your Clan how good you are at tying knots.

To finish level three you must:

-read to chapter 24
-complete the activities and the challenge

Level Three

ACTIVITIES

1. Find some great resources about tying knots online or in the library

2. Choose an interesting knot to master (no shoelace knots or figure eight knots - boring!) Practise the knot until it works time after time.

3. In your writing book or on your device, describe the steps you need to make the knot. Begin by stating what the knot is called and the situations where it would be used. Make sure your steps are clear and understandable.

IMPORTANT: These steps will be your script for the challenge....

CHALLENGE

Knot Tying

Produce a short video that demonstrates how to tie the knot. Use the steps from activity three as your video script. Make sure the video has clear and steady footage of you tying the knot. Upload the video to YouTube and then publish to your blog.
